The club double room in which I later shifted was awesome. Spacious, fresh, cleaned by the housekeeping staff very nicely. The staff is amazingly friendly, very humble . Mr dole, Mr Shyam take care of you very diligently. The food is great, chef jagat and all others are a talented bunch of chefs. You have something for everyone in the buffets. At the reception, ms safura, ms Swati , ms mudita and all others are there to help you with everything. They will become your friends.

In terms of facilities there are enough reviews available. But a property comes to life by the people who serve it well. A month before I arrived, "Devendra Ojha" (F&B manager) confirmed a particular room-night when booking.com showed as sold out. It felt nice to be taken care off even before check-in. "Sudipta" (Front Desk) in her gracious manner smoothed over my check-in requirements (she noticed my regional last name and struck up a conversation in my native language). She called me multiple times fussing till the room met my expectations. "Suman" (Front Desk) saved me money by suggesting a breakfast combo on checking in. Sweet! "Asif" (Housekeeping supervisor) ensured that dank smell was immediately taken care by installing a vaporiser and also supplied me with an extension cord. Thoughtful! "Rajesh" and "Kundan" (Housekeeping) kept me supplied with endless water bottles and heartwarming smiles. "Mahendra" (Staff driver) went out of his way to fetch Allergy medication on a Sunday when shops were closed nearby. "Biltu" (Front desk) offered insider suggestions on local transport and guided me on appropriate cab rates. Finally, "Tej" and "Nishant" remembered my choice of juice, eggs and breakfast items and without reminders, brought those fresh. No matter the location, and facilities, great properties are eventually run by great servers, who remain behind the scenes. I believe we guests need to speak more about such silent good natured folks! Thanks, Fortune Inn Team!

Food is awesome specially the authentic Gujrathi Thali. Our German Guests were super happy with food. Rooms are spacious. Staff is excellent, cooperative and provided welcome Coffee. Smooth and fast check in
